All these outlets always ranking Jay-Z as the greatest rapper of all time. So tell me one Jay-Z song bigger than Changes? One Jay-Z diss record bigger than Hit Em Up? Tell me one Jay-Z song more influential and has the social impact as Keep Ya Head Up? Name me one Jay-Z song that is a holiday anthem like Dear Mama?
Also none of Jay-Z’s albums affected the game and shaped the future of Hip-Hop to the extreme Like All Eyez On Me did. Pac made every big rapper want to drop double LPs including Biggie and Nas. Tell me one Jay-Z album on the charts for 10 plus years like 2Pac Greatest Hits? Jay has only done 5 consecutive weeks, 2Pac has done 500+ in a row. All Eyez On Me even had a 105 week run. Pac had two platinum albums released in same year under two different artist names. Jay never did that under the same name.
There is no discussion here. You can gaslight and ride Jay’s nuts all you want. These are facts. None of his music passes Pac’s records in the categories I mentioned.
Pac did all this in 4 years. Remember one year he was in prison. Jay been at this since 1986 and still hasn’t topped those songs. Stop throwing in Jay’s business ventures and accomplishments in the debate when you ranking based on Rap talent.
