The Cleveland Browns have reportedly signed linebacker Brandon Bouyer-Randle this morning to add depth to the position group following Nathaniel Watson’s quad injury against the Green Bay Packers.
Bouyer-Randle spent time at Michigan State, Texas Tech, and UCONN throughout his six-year collegiate career. He began as a defensive end before transitioning to SAM linebacker following his redshirt sophomore year at Michigan State. He was a rotational piece for the majority of his time at the collegiate level before becoming a full-time starter during his senior season at UCONN in 2022.
He spent time on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Washington Commanders’ practice squads following the 2023 NFL Draft.

The 6’2”, 240-pound linebacker gives the team another player who can work at both MIKE and SAM in practice as well as on special teams.
