SEPT 22. PASCAL PACING TEAMMATES FOR DOUBTERS The Indiana Pacers are bringing back the same team responsible for an Eastern Conference Finals run. However, many outlets view the Pacers as a Play-In Tournament-worthy unit. Pascal Siakam, though, doesn’t want his teammates to succumb to such doubt.
“We’re not the sexy team; we always got something to prove. I don’t want to put a ceiling on anything that we can accomplish… People are not going to give you their props; you have to go and take it,” Siakam said.
Siakam took the bull by the horns regarding his leadership role for the 2024-25 season. As the Pacers’ lone NBA champion, Siakam’s leadership is imperative to their growth.

SEPT. 20 PACERS GIVE CAITLIN CLARK HER DUE It should go without saying, but Caitlin Clark had an amazing season. Despite WNBA legends issuing warnings to her career and some blatantly lying about her playstyle, the Indiana Fever rookie kept her head down and excelled. Clark put the WNBA on higher plains, of which the league has never seen. The Indiana Pacers’ social media team congratulated Clark.
Clark won the Rookie of the Month award four times, and the Pacers wanted the WNBA star to know they were paying attention. The Pacers posted “your 4x Rookie of the Month” with a fire emoji and an applause emoji.
The on-court factor was also impressive between setting attendance records and commanding attention from the national media. Clark led the Fever to their first playoff berth since 2016.
