Neal Maupay has slammed a group of Everton fans who waited at a train station to shout abuse at the club’s players.
The incident happened after Everton lost 4-0 to Tottenham Hotspur away in London on Saturday when Toffees players and staff were travelling back to Liverpool from Euston train station after the game.
A group of furious fans congregated outside the ticket barriers to swear and shout insults at the Everton players in a tirade of abuse.
In the video, Jordan Pickford and Mason Holgate can be seen acknowledging the fans.
However, Neal Maupay was not content to accept being insulted by supporters appeared to respond.
This led to a landslide of swear words and insults from the angry fans, telling Maupay to “f**k off” as well as calling him a “rat”.
They followed it up with “80 grand a week?”
