There’s a new most accurate kicker in NFL history.
Justin Tucker has been surpassed. After Week 11’s NFL action wrapped up this weekend, Carolina Panthers kicker, Eddy Pineiro passed longtime Baltimore Ravens star and future NFL Hall of Famer, Justin Tucker, as the most accurate kicker in league history.
Pineiro has connected on 101 of his 113 career field goal attempts, which is good for 89.38%. Meanwhile, Tucker has shown to be an actual human being in 2024, as the Ravens kicker is down to a career 89.15% after knocking through 411 of a possible 461 field goals throughout his legendary career.

After going un-drafted in the 2018 NFL Draft, Pineiro has been just about as automatic as they come. The former Florida Gators placekicker began his career with the Chicago Bears in 2019, where he connected on 23 of his 28 field goal attempts as well as 27 of his 29 extra point kicks.
In 2021, Pineiro signed with the New York Jets, where he went a perfect eight for eight on field goals in addition to successfully hitting nine of 10 extra point attempts. In 2022, Pineiro signed with the Carolina Panthers and during his two-plus seasons in Charlotte, the 29-year-old has connected on 70 of his 77 field goal attempts, while knocking through 64 of 69 extra point kicks. This season, Pineiro has hit 12 of 13 field goal kicks and drilled all 17 of his extra point attempts.
Pineiro and the Panthers return from the bye and look for a third-straight win when they host the back-to-back Super Bowl champions, Kansas City Chiefs in Week 12 (1:00 pm EDT/10:00 am PDT) on CBS.
