The Las Vegas Raiders signed WR Ramel Keyton and TE Justin Shorter to the active roster, the club announced Friday.
Keyton joined the Raiders practice squad as an undrafted free agent out of Tennessee. In his five season with the Vols, he played in 55 games with 24 starts and caught 86 passes for 1,456 yards and 11 touchdowns, averaging 16.9 yards per catch.
Shorter joined the Raiders in August and has been elevated for two games this season. The tight end was originally a fifth-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft by the Buffalo Bills.
In a corresponding move, the team waived WR Tyreik McAllister and TE John Samuel Shenker.
