BOSTON — The already shorthanded Bruins lost Cole Koepke near the midpoint of the third period in Tuesday’s game against Tampa.
Koepke didn’t see the hit coming from Darren Raddysh as he skated up the boards out of the Bruins zone. He tumbled to the ice and stayed down for several moments before being helped off the ice and into the dressing room.
The Bruins played the final 10:37 of the game one forward short. They were already missing Mark Kastelic, who was injured last week against the Lightning, and Charlie McAvoy, who went on injured reserve earlier on Tuesday.
