Nottingham Forest, Tottenham Hotspur and Fulham are in the picture to sign Celtic‘s Arne Engels this summer.
The Reds continue to chase the Celtic star, despite Martin O’Neill’s side rejecting their approach in January.
On June 17th, Sport Witness relayed news of Nottingham Forest and Crystal Palace’s fight to sign him.
As well as these two clubs, Tottenham and Fulham from the Premier League are looking at the Celtic man.

That’s according to Voetbal Krant, who cover the latest on Spurs, Fulham, Nottingham Forest and others.
The 22-year-old joined Celtic from FC Augsburg in August 2024 and was a regular for Martin O’Neill’s side.
His performances for Celtic have attracted interest from many clubs, including the Premier League trio. With the growing interest, there’s expectation for an agreement this week and his next destination needs to be clarified.
Nottingham Forest, Tottenham Hotspur, Fulham, Atlético Madrid, AS Roma and Villarreal are all keen on signing him.
Glasner’s side pushing hard
Among these, the Reds have been trying to lead the race for some time while the Serie A side planning to submit a bid with Celtic. The La Liga side have emerged as the new contender to sign the Belgium international.
The City Ground club have identified Arne Engels as the main candidate to replace Elliot Anderson and have sent a formal offer to Martin O’Neill’s side.
There’s no mention of the offer details or Celtic’s response/demand. He has two years left on his contract at Celtic Park, and Transfermarkt value him at €20m.
Oliver Glasner’s side, after submitting a proposal, are pushing hard, and have to be wary of Tottenham Hotspur, Fulham and others.
Nottingham Forest haven’t agreed with Celtic yet. This allows the London clubs to try and get ahead of their Premier League counterpart.
